Position: Sales Representative

Meest International is an international leader in logistics and courier delivery services. We are expanding our e-commerce solutions and are currently seeking a Sales Representative in Warsaw, Poland. If you have experience in B2B sales, feel confident navigating the e-commerce environment, and are eager to develop international logistics solutions, join our team and help us build strong business relationships both in the Polish and international markets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively identify and acquire new clients from the e-commerce sector 
  • for international courier services 
  • Conduct client meetings and lead commercial negotiations 
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support mutual growth 
  • Report sales activities in CRM systems 
  • Manage and develop the client database 
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, industry events, and business meetings 
  • Collaborate with local and international teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B client acquisition 
  • Strong knowledge of the local market and the specifics of e-commerce deliveries 
  • Ability to reach decision-makers, assess client needs, deliver presentations, 
  • conduct  negotiations, and close sales 
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach 
  • Good command of CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) 
  • Communicative level of English (B1/B2) – ability to conduct meetings in English 
  • Valid Category B driving license
