- The administrator of your personal data is MEEST INTERNATIONAL sp. z o.o., located at Rondo ONZ 1, 00-124 Warsaw, Poland.

- Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of conducting the recruitment process.
- Your data will be processed based on legal regulations related to recruitment, specifically Article 6(1)(c) of GDPR (labor law provisions) and Article 6(1)(b) of GDPR, as necessary to take steps at your request before signing a contract.
- Any other personal data you provide (like photos) will be processed based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) of GDPR.
- We will use your data for current recruitment and, if you agree, for future job openings as well.
- Your data from this recruitment process will be kept until the process ends. If you agree to future use, your data will be kept for 36 months or until you withdraw your consent.
- Your data will only be shared with authorized entities required by law or with parties helping us with recruitment.
- You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, limit processing, withdraw consent anytime, and request data portability.
- You can file a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Office for Personal Data Protection.
Providing personal data required by labor law is mandatory; other data is voluntary, but not providing it may prevent you from participating in recruitment.
