We are looking for a Strong Middle IT Project Manager who will take ownership of complex product initiatives, work closely with cross-functional teams, and have a real impact on how our logistics products evolve.
Responsibilities
- Lead IT projects within a logistics product ecosystem through the full project lifecycle
- Plan, execute, and control project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies
- Coordinate cross-functional product teams (backend, frontend, QA, BA, designers), typically 5-10 people
- Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to clarify business goals and requirements
- Ensure alignment between business needs, technical solutions, and delivery outcomes
- Manage changes, priorities, and trade-offs in a dynamic product environment
- Facilitate Agile processes and ceremonies, ensuring predictable and transparent delivery
- Track progress, KPIs, and milestones; prepare clear status reports for stakeholders
- Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve delivery and project management processes
- Mentor team members and contribute to the overall maturity of project management practices
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager in software development projects
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (spoken and written)
- Strong understanding of SDLC, software architecture basics, and development workflows
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 5-10 specialists
- Hands-on experience with web-based systems and APIs (frontend & backend interaction)
- Proven track record of delivering complex IT products or platforms
- Strong leadership, ownership, and stakeholder management skills
- Sufficient technical proficiency to communicate effectively with developers and architects
- Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and hybrid approaches
- Practical experience with project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project or similar)
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
